Job Description:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a school district in Camarillo, CA. The COTA will assist in providing occupational therapy services to students, helping them develop the skills needed for daily activities and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans as directed by an Occupational Therapist.

Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and other daily living skills.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.

Document and track student progress and report to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting as needed.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting or related field.

Valid California COTA license.

Experience in a school setting is preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
