Responsibilities:

Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs.

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, including assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring.

Support students in developing skills necessary for academic success, independence, and participation in school activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.

Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding student goals, progress, and recommended strategies.

Qualifications:

Valid Washington State certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
