As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at Soliant, you will have the privilege of working with a diverse group of clients, helping them achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life. Your primary focus will be on assessing individuals' functional abilities, designing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' strengths and challenges in performing daily tasks and activities.
  • Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs and goals.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions and strategies to enhance motor skills, sensory integration, and cognitive function.
  • Collaborate with students, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure academic progress
  • Monitor progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress reports, and treatment sessions.

    Requirements:

  • Valid and current Occupational Therapist (OT) license/certification.
  • 2 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist (OT) 
  • Proficiency in assessing and treating individuals across various age groups and conditions.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Empathy and patience to provide compassionate care and support to clients throughout their therapy journey.

    Benefits:

  • Compensation weekly
  • Fully Remote Environment 
  • Part Time 20-25 hrs/wk or Full Time 35-40 hrs/wk

    NOTE: Being that you are considered a independent remote contractor, you are responsible for your own technical equipment (computer, laptop, wifi/internet, audio, webcam.)
