Job Title: Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Location: Dover, DE

We are currently seeking a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in Dover, DE. Position Details:

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week).

Start Date: ASAP.

Duration: Through the end of the current school year, with potential for renewal.

Location: Onsite in a school setting in Dover, DE.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).

Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans to support students in achieving their developmental and academic goals.

Work with students to develop fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive strategies.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the school team to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

Active Delaware state license or eligibility to obtain one.

Previous experience in a school setting (preferred but not required).

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students.
