K-12 School-Based Therapist Opportunity Near Ruidoso, NM

Soliant is seeking a licensed and experienced school-based therapist for a full-time position in a school district near Ruidoso, NM. This role is set to begin immediately and will continue through May 30, 2025. The position involves working with students across grades K-12 to provide therapy services and support.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students based on individualized education plans (IEPs).

Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs and develop appropriate interventions.

Write detailed and accurate reports to support student progress and compliance with school policies.

Participate in IEP meetings to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families.

Develop and implement effective therapy strategies tailored to diverse student needs.

Maintain clear and thorough documentation of all services provided.

Qualifications

Valid licensure to practice in the state of New Mexico.

A minimum of three years of experience working in a school setting.

Strong understanding of the K-12 educational system and special education requirements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Commitment to supporting the academic and personal growth of students.
