Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate students’ physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities to create individualized therapy plans.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement effective interventions.

Support students in accessing their educational environment and activities by developing strategies to improve motor skills and sensory processing.

Document progress and track student outcomes.

Provide consultation to educators on classroom adaptations and modifications.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Valid Michigan OT license.

Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
