What You’ll Do:

Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions to address each student’s unique needs

Create and implement personalized treatment plans that support students’ academic and functional goals

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

Track and adjust therapeutic interventions to ensure student progress

Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes What You Need:

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

Valid Arkansas OT licensure

Experience with school-aged children, ideally in teletherapy or educational environments

Strong communication skills and comfort with technology
