Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking passionate and qualified Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) for full-time school-based roles near Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Join a team dedicated to helping students achieve their goals and enhance their daily functional skills in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in providing therapy to students.

Help implement individualized treatment plans targeting motor, sensory, and self-care skills.

Document and report on student progress.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a cohesive support system.

Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.

Requirements:

Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting.

Valid California OTA license or eligibility to obtain it.

Experience working with children or in a school environment preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
