Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position within school districts in the Little Rock, AR area. We are looking for a dedicated COTA to support Occupational Therapists in providing essential therapy services to students.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering therapy services to students to help them improve their physical, motor, and cognitive skills.

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.

Monitor and document student progress and provide input for treatment plan adjustments.

Assist in adapting classroom environments to support students' therapy goals.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into students’ daily routines.

Prepare and organize materials for therapy sessions.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress.

Qualifications:

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Arkansas.

Experience working in pediatric or educational settings is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow directions and work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining records.
