Soliant Health is looking for a dedicated COTA to support students with occupational therapy needs and help them achieve their academic and social goals. The COTA will assist with therapy plans, conduct assessments, and provide interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing therapy plans developed by licensed Occupational Therapists.

Provide one-on-one or small group interventions.

Conduct screenings and assessments as directed by Occupational Therapists.

Document student progress and maintain therapy records.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the educational team.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.

Active Tennessee state license.

Experience in pediatric or school-based therapy preferred.
