Position Overview:
Soliant Health is actively seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in Harvard, IL. This role involves working with students in a school setting to support their developmental and therapeutic needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering therapy sessions aligned with individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Work directly with students to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, and other occupational therapy goals.
  • Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records for reporting.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student success.
  • Provide support in developing adaptive tools or strategies for students with diverse needs.

    Qualifications:

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification (required).
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
