We are currently looking for a certified occupational therapist assistant candidate to work with a school district near Pulaski, Tennessee. This is a great opportunity for the current and upcoming school year with a strong level of support on staff. This is a full time position that will be working with K-12.

Key Responsibilities:

Support IEP Implementation: Assist in carrying out individualized education program (IEP) goals under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.

Conduct Therapeutic Activities: Lead activities to enhance students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-regulation.

Progress Monitoring: Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide feedback to the Occupational Therapist and educational team.

Classroom Support Strategies: Educate teachers and staff on techniques and strategies to accommodate student needs within the classroom environment.

Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed and timely records of services provided and student outcomes.

Qualifications:

Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $25–$35 per hour, with weekly direct deposits.
