Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Position – Near Lynn, MA

Soliant is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to cover a leave of absence in a school district near Lynn, MA. This full-time role begins in March 2025 and runs through the end of the school year, with a high likelihood of renewal for the 2025-2026 school year. The position involves working with a diverse K-12 caseload.

Responsibilities

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12.

Collaborate with occupational therapists to implement individualized treatment plans.

Support students’ developmental and functional needs in the school environment.

Assist in the documentation of student progress and contribute to IEP updates.

Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and school staff regarding student progress and needs.

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts COTA license.

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or a related field.

Previous experience in a school setting or working with K-12 students preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
