Job Summary: Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for the upcoming 24/25 school year in Thief River Falls, MN. The ideal candidate will assist in providing occupational therapy services to students, helping them develop the skills needed for daily living and academic success.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering direct therapy services to students with various physical, emotional, and developmental challenges.

Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive behaviors.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.

Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Participate in team meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.

Qualifications:

Licensing: Must hold an active or pending COTA license in the state of Minnesota.

Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.

Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
