Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. As a COTA, you will support licensed Occupational Therapists in providing effective therapy services to clients. Your role will include implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and helping clients achieve their daily living goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans developed by Occupational Therapists.

Conduct therapeutic activities and exercises designed to improve clients’ daily living and functional skills.

Monitor and document client progress, providing feedback to the supervising OT.

Educate clients and their families on therapy techniques and strategies for improving daily activities.

Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy services and client interactions.

Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals to optimize client care.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Current state certification as a COTA.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Enthusiasm for supporting clients in their therapeutic journey.
