Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our school-based team. In this role, you will support students in developing the motor, sensory, and functional skills they need to succeed academically and socially. You will work closely with OTs, teachers, and staff to provide individualized therapy and ensure students reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the implementation of therapy plans under the supervision of an OT.

Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.

Document student progress and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.

Qualifications:

Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

State licensure (or eligibility).

Experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
