Actively Interviewing: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for Current & Summer Semester 

Sunbelt Staffing would love to learn about you! We have a full-time job opening for a skilled COTA in the Hoboken, GA area! We are teaming up with a school district to help expedite their interview process. Applicants should be prepared to be onsite, though the school district will be following all health mandates and may be virtual. This is a full-time position at 37.5 hours per week. 

Details:

• Current school year + summer semester
• Immediate start
• Traveling between 1-2 schools per day 
• Disabilities include: 
  • Mild-moderate
  • Some ASD
• Assisting OT's in providing direct therapy
• Working with students to gain more interaction with their therapies

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Role:

• Assisting the OT in reducing barriers that limit student participation within the school environment
• Supporting the needs of students with significant challenges
• Helping the OT to determine methods for alternate educational assessment and learning
• Helping the OT to identify long-term goals for appropriate post-school outcomes

Requirements: 

• Active GA COTA license
• Prior school or pediatric experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Reliable and responsible
• Organized and patient
