**Position Summary:**
Join our team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for the upcoming school year in Phoenix, AZ. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated team of educators and therapists to provide exceptional therapy services to students, promoting their academic and personal development.

**Responsibilities:**
- Implement occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support student goals and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid Arizona state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
