2023-24 School Based OT/COTA Job Opening in Mishawaka, Indiana

Qualifications-

• IN (OT) license required
• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in OT required
• Previous experience in schools preferred but not required

Details-

• OT/COTA needed in Mishawaka, IN:
• 40 hrs/week
• ASAP until end of May
• Prek-6th grades
• 147 on caseload but some are consult only - this caseload is split with another COTA
• direct services only - two retired OTs do all the testing and supervision here
• 7 elementary buildings (most are about 10 mins apart from the other)
  • About 2 sites per day
